Move-in August 2026

BSN welcomes our new tenants from August 

(this information does not apply to Exchange students in 1 semester rentals. You will have a key app without need for check-in and access from August 1st.)

Lease agreements with BSN assigned during the main allocation begin on August 6th. You need to book your check-in appointment. Appointments will only be available on weekdays during office hours. It will not be possible to move in before 12:00 noon on 6 August.

You can collect the keys to your accommodation from the reception next to the main entrance at Gunnar Schjelderups vei 13A at your scheduled time.

You must expect some wait time on August 6th and 7th due to high number of students arriving.

During check-in you will need to show a photo ID. You are also required to show proof of study at BI in the form of a BI letter or signed study contract. Student ID is not valid as the document must show your study program information.

Important regarding parking

Parking is not allowed anywhere around BSN and is monitored by parking company. You can drive up to BSN for offloading only but there’s a limit to apx. 10 cars at a time. We therefore ask those arriving with cars to park at Storo Storsenter (shopping mall) or at paid parking in Gunnar Schjelderups vei 33. After receiving keys you then drive car up to unload. Please make sure that car is attended during offloading.

Large trailors, campers, vans etc. is problematic as it can block the street. The road is a dead-end with no through access.
