Housing contracts at BSN run from August to July. When a tenant wants to exit their contract before expiration they are posted here. If you are a full time student at BI you can register with the “show interest” form attached to each available apartment.

Main admissions are in the spring each year. All applications received before March 15th will be given the same application date so there is no benefit of applying early. BSN will start sending out offers to applicants from March 15th until all apartments are filled.
