Application process
BSN is an independent foundation started by BI students, but aims to create a reasonable and good housing option for students at BI. The housing complex is spread over 3 blocks, and is a few minutes away from BI Campus Nydalen.
Who can apply for housing?
To qualify as an applicant with BSN, you must be under 30 years old when you move in, and at the same time be registered as a full-time student at BI School of Business, Campus Oslo.
New students who have not started their studies must attach a signed study contract from BI to the application. If you have not received a study place yet, you can send an application without documentation.
Students who are currently studying must submit study documentation for the current semester. This can be obtained from the student service center at BI.

Main intake with move-in August
All the homes at BSN are let for 12 months. contracts that start on 1 August and end on 31 July of the following year. We therefore have a main intake in the spring to fill up the homes that become vacant from 1 August. Allocation of housing starts from the end of March and throughout the spring.
When you receive an offer, you will only have a few days to sign the contract and pay the deposit, so you should wait to apply until you are ready to sign with BSN.

At times, there will be some apartments that become vacant outside this main entrance. Register your interest by filling in our interest form, in addition to submitting an application via Hybel.no.
