The gym is a free offer only for residents of BSN. You will find this next to Bunnpris in Block C.

The squash court can be found in the basement of block C, and is free to use for all our residents. The entrance can be found next to Bunnpris towards the BI Business School and is opened by using the blue key chip. BSN does not have a booking system for reservations.

Everyone who lives at BSN has access to our laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers. The laundry can be found on the 1st floor of the A block by entering the corridor to the left of the lift.
To use the laundry, you must pay by card or the AirWallet app.
You do not need to use your own soap or fabric softener when washing, the washing machine takes care of this itself. The washing machine dispenses the right amount of washing powder in relation to the weight of what you are going to wash. When you start the washing machine, the display shows how long, expressed in minutes, it spends on the wash.
If you do not pick up the clothes when the washing machine is finished, the next person can put them in their own container, which is in the laundry room. This is emptied once a week and the clothes are thrown away.

We offer parking spaces for residents and outsiders. We have most ordinary parking spaces, but there are also some places with charging stations for electric cars.
We have access to parking spaces in two different car parks in Nydalen: Gunnar Schjelderups vei 13E and 11A

If you want to cancel your parking, you can contact us at Hybel or by email. If you have had a parking space in Gunnar Schjelderups vei 31E, the key must be delivered in an envelope with your name on it. The envelope is placed in the letterbox at the reception directly outside the main entrance on the day the parking contract expires.
We offer residents to rent a storage unit in the basement of the B and C block. The storage units are 7-10 m2, and are rented out on an ongoing subscription basis. The price per month can be found in our price list. Contact us at hybel.no or email if you want to rent a storage unit.
If you live in an A or B block, your mailbox will be located at the main entrance to the A block. Residents of block C can find their mailbox at the entrance to block C.
If you are missing a mailbox sticker for your mailbox, just come to reception so that we can make one for you.
It is important that you submit a moving notice when you move in or out. Change of address must be registered with Posten.
The roof terrace at BSN is one of the most popular common areas for our residents. It offers a fantastic view over Nydalen and Oslo. The terrace is equipped with seating areas and tables.
We encourage all residents to use the terrace respectfully and help keep it clean and pleasant for everyone.
You will find the roof terrace on the 8th floor in the A block.
