About Boligstiftelsen Nydalen
Boligstiftelsen Nydalen (BSN) is an independent foundation that offers student housing for students at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. Founded by BI students in the 1990s, BSN’s mission has always been to provide affordable and quality housing for students.
Housing Options
BSN has a total of 598 housing units spread across three different buildings located at Gunnar Schjelderups vei 13 A, B, and C, just a few minutes away from the BI Campus Nydalen. The accommodations vary in size and type, ranging from single rooms to larger apartments, catering to different needs and preferences of the students.
Facilities
Residents at BSN have access to a variety of facilities that contribute to a comfortable and practical daily life. These include free gym facilities, laundry rooms, and common areas where students can meet and socialize. For those needing additional storage space, there are rental storage units available, and parking spaces can be rented for a small fee.
