Welcome as a New Resident at BSN!
We aim to make your move-in process as easy and smooth as possible. On this page, you’ll find all the necessary information for a seamless transition to your new home. Here, you’ll get details about key collection, what to expect upon arrival, and how to set up the internet and other services. We’ve also included useful tips for getting to know your new neighborhood and how to contact us if you need assistance along the way. Please read through this information carefully to ensure a great start to your stay with us.
Keys
Keys can be collected from Gunnar Schjelderup’s vei 13A at the agreed time (MakePlans). When collecting keys, you must show valid identification and study documentation.
Check in
To avoid long queues and waiting time at the reception, we want you to book an appointment in good time for when you want to pick up the keys to your home. You can do this here.
The letterbox key is hung up in your dormitory in advance.
Did you find errors or deficiencies when taking over your home?
The apartment must be pre-checked by BSN, but if there should be something wrong with your home or if something is missing from the inventory list, you must create a maintenance order on your side at Hybel.no so that the maintenance department can look at it.
Parking upon moving in
It will only be possible to unload/load outside BSN with a valid parking permit. Parking permits must be collected from the reception at BSN. It is possible to park at Storo Storsenter and in Gunnar Schjelderup’s vei 33 for a longer period of time.
