Renewing Your Lease

BSN leases run for 12 months, from August to July. In February, the renewal application process opens, allowing residents to apply for an additional 12-month lease. The application deadline is March 15th each year. Apartments that are not renewed will be allocated to new residents during the main intake. This means you cannot apply for renewal after the deadline.

You will receive a notification in Hybel when the renewal applications open. It is important to provide as much information as possible about your study progress so that BSN can evaluate your application. If you have any uncertainties or other questions, you can direct them to BSN.

Changing Your Apartment

In the renewal application, you can request to change your apartment type starting in August (internal transfer).

In the comment section, write the name of your roommate if applicable. Potential roommates who do not currently reside at BSN must have an approved application submitted before March 15th to be considered in your internal transfer.

An approved internal transfer involves an administrative fee, which you can find in the price list.
